CPIT presented a Special Honours Award in Network Marketing to Sathelyne International Group. Mr. Huang also took a photo with Taiwan's then Vice-President Mr. Lian Chin after being conferred the very first Outstanding Model in Industry and Commerce Award.

Chairman Huang was also a certified Executive Affairs Committee Member, as recognised by the Taiwan Trans-Century Entrepreneur and Product Accreditation Association (1997 to 1999).
