Integrated Production and Marketing – The Winning Formula for Network Marketing

With the motivation to strive for the best, Bel’Air set up its very own production line in France to produce a series of aromatherapy products that is exclusive to the Bel’Air group. Bel’Air founded its business on the production platform and has opened up the global market by implementing the strategy of “integrated production and marketing”. This is unparalleled by other aromatherapy companies in the network marketing industry and serves as your assurance of permanent management when you market the Bel'Air business.

The millennium was a major milestone for the Bel’Air business. This was when we launched our system of “integrated production and marketing”, embarking on a joint venture with renowned personnel in the French aromatherapy market to set up our very own factory production. This has given us autonomy over production and empowered us to chart our own business blueprint for the Bel’Air brand.

Strict Quality Control -- Your Assurance of Premium Quality

Under strict production systems and supervision of quality control in the French factory, Bel'Air bio-tech aromatherapy products symbolise our ceaseless quest for innovation and progress, in the form of modern and scientific research, production and packaging.

Specially designed and crafted aromatherapy diffusers are also the pride of Bel’Air. Among them, the porcelain series is the exquisite artwork of renowned French designers. Enhanced by top-grade Limoges obtained from the high mountains and smelted under the high temperature of 1400 degree Celsius, each porcelain aromatherapy diffuser is imbued with a thorough and solid texture, as well as a transparent sheen that accentuates the purity and whiteness of Limoges. Above all, this classic diffuser exudes a unique artistic ambience and epitomises fine elegance that gives it a priceless collection value.

Among the range of materials used, crystal aromatherapy diffusers constitute the most arduous production process. It requires personal hands-on execution by professional craftspeople and encompasses hot and cold manufacturing procedures that span over 10 steps before completion. The process of lost-wax crystal casting is even more sophisticated. From the design blueprint, a minimum of 5 attempts is needed to successfully fabricate a patrix and a matrix. Only then would it be possible to cast a mono-dimensional glazed prototype. For two-dimensional and three-dimensional models, the degree of difficulty increases by many folds. As the failure rate is high, every diffuser requires a long time to complete and comes at an expensive price. Nevertheless, lost-wax crystal casting can eliminate various problems including hollowing out, allowing the artwork to fully manifest its intricately crafted lines, flawlessly beautiful contours and pellucid crystal texture. The quality thus achieved truly surpasses that of other pieces.

Bel’Air’s sound business strategy is firmly rooted in the establishment of its joint venture with C.L.I.P factory in France. Currently, the CLIP factory in France which we are in collaboration with occupies a large area space, coupled with facilities of automatic production lines. From the manufacture of essential oils, filling up of contents, sealing to labeling, all processes are completed by machines so as to ensure premium product quality. These attest to the operational effectiveness of the factory’s automatic production lines. Within the factory premises, there is another Research and Quality Control Centre that specialises in essential oils. The strict selection and research of essential oils are conducted here. Around the factory, there are over ten storage tanks for ensuring adequate stock provision. The professional production capabilities of CLIP are further given credence by its ISO9002 environmental quality certification. Given our strong association with CLIP, Bel’Air aims to provide the most excellent aromatherapy products to all consumers.
